IKO Assurance Label

You can query our products by Serial Number and see Production Information using QR code.

• After purchasing your product, scan the IKO-Guarantee label with the QR (QR Code) on your mobile phone, you can check whether the match between the label and the jeweler is correct.
  
• You can save the IKO-Assurance label and screenshot.
  
• For security reasons, the authenticity of the product will be confirmed when the QR codes are scanned a second time; but no details will be given. The label will protect itself; However, the information will be protected by IKO.
  
• In case of a problem, you can first contact the jeweler, and if there is no solution, you can apply to IKO. The wrongful party will bear the analysis costs of IKO Setting House and Gemology Laboratory (GLT).
  
• Provided that all your legal rights are reserved, the undertaking signed by the jeweler, analysis results and decision text will be used in legal processes.
  
• You do not pay any fee for the IKO-Assurance label.
