When you click on the "Become a Member" button on the home page, our membership creation page will open. You can create your membership by filling out the form on the page that opens completely. Our membership system is not charged.

Customer recognition and identification procedure is applied during the gold and silver sales process. For this reason, shopping cannot be done without becoming a member of our website.

If you need to make changes to your contact information, you can click on the "My Account" field on the top right of our website and make changes to the field you want in the form containing your personal information.

If you need to change your address, you can do so by clicking on the menu on the top right of the 'My Account - My Addresses' page on our website.

If you want to cancel your membership, you can contact us via our official call center at 02129930242 or via the live support channel on our website www.agakulche.com.

If you forget your password, click on the /'I forgot my password/' link on the screen where you log in. When you enter the e-mail address you used when you registered, the link required to create a new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If the e-mail is not delivered, you can contact our customer service.

After logging in, you can create your new password from the /'My Personal Information/' section in the /'My Account/' tab.
