Delivery and Returns

Gold and silver prices are updated depending on the price movements in international gold exchanges. According to article 15/a of the distance contracts regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used. Therefore, Gold and Silver orders are definite orders. They cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.

Your orders are prepared by recording all processes with high-resolution cameras during packaging. When you receive your order; you can check your package with the camera recording in an environment where the shipping officer cannot see it, and if there is a missing item, you can send us the camera recording you received.

Please deliver the product you wish to return to our cargo company together with its box, accessories, warranty and invoice (promotional/gift product if any). Products that have been damaged, used, have had their straps shortened/links removed, are without boxes, and are missing their warranty certificates and accessories (promotional/gift product if any) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our cargoes are delivered to you, our valued customers, /'Fully Secretly/' with an invoice and insurance in your name, through Loomis Security.

Orders are delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 business days. We take care to deliver your order to cargo within the same day, depending on the density. Delivery times to cargo may vary depending on force majeure or cargo capacity, and our cargoes are insured by a security company and delivered to our valued customers /'Fully Secret/' with the relevant cargo infrastructure.

Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified within 1-3 business days with insured cargo. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Delivery is made to all 81 provinces of Turkey with insured cargo.
