Information Text on Membership to the Website Under KVKK
When registering on our company's website at www.agakulche.com.tr, our customers are
required to provide various personal data, which will be processed in accordance with Law
No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation.
Principles of Data Processing
1. Compliance with Legal Standards:
- The personal data of our customers must comply with the law and adhere to
the principles of honesty specified in Article 4 of KVKK.
2. Accuracy and Currency:
- Data must be accurate and up-to-date as required.
- Data must be processed for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes.
- Data must be limited and proportionate to the purpose for which it is
processed.
5. Retention Period:
- Data is kept only for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or as required for the purpose of processing.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
- Establishment of a contract and protection of a right.

- Including customers in special promotional activities based on their profile.
- Executing contract processes, goods/service sales, and

include:

- Contact Information: Province and district contact address, email address, mobile
phone number.
- Financial Information: Credit card information.
- Transaction Security: Password information.

Data Destruction
Personal data will be destroyed when the purpose for processing no longer exists and no
other legal reason for retention applies. Customers can request the destruction of their
processed data by providing proof that there is no valid reason for its retention. Additionally,
customers have the right to modify their membership information on our website at any time.
Rights of Data Owners
According to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data owner, you have the following rights:
1. Learning whether your personal data is being processed.
2. Requesting information about your personal data if it is being processed.
3. Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used
for their intended purpose.
4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both
domestically and abroad.
5. Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely
or incorrectly and asking for the correction to be notified to third parties to whom your
data has been transferred.

6. Requesting the Deletion or Destruction of Your Data:
- You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with KVKK. You can also request that any such deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
- You can object to any result that is against you, which arises from analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems.
8. Requesting Compensation:
- If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request compensation for that damage.
How to Submit Requests Regarding Your Personal Data
For your requests and inquiries regarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, you can follow these steps:
- Online Application: Fill out the application form available on our company's website.
- Email Submission: Use the registered email (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you have provided to our company and registered in our system.
